Missing adult on our roster

One of our adult committee members disappeared off our my.scouting roster and also in Scoutbook.

They were rechartered and are on that paperwork. Can’t search them to add back to the roster. Not sure if I can get help here or need to talk to Local Council.

If they aren’t on your my.scouting roster, you need to talk to your council.

@ToddHollen it is odd - talk to council - the recharter info is there but the membership is not Active
