Missing Scout in Scoutbook and my.scouting.org After Recharter

Good evening,

After we submitted our recharter and it was processed, we are missing a scout. She isn’t showing up on my.scouting.org or Scoutbook. We’ve tried working through the local council office. They say it’s a national thing, but I have not found out who to reach out to or how. We have the recharter paperwork showing she was on it. I have member ID if that helps. This has been going on since February and I really need to get her back in in Scoutbook to keep her updated. Anyone that can help or point me in the right direction?

Can someone help me.

I just formed a new Pack… my. Scouting… show my youth and adults.

But Scoutbook only show my adults. I am listed Pack admin and Committee Chair.

When I contact council they reply was to " contact Scoutbook support? "

there are 4 I see in my.scouting.org - look at that roster - I see (last 4 digits) 3024, 3179, 8861, 8871
