I had an adult register on my.scouting and complete her SYT, but I guess there was a problem with her login and now I am not seeing her as part of my adults awaiting approvals from council. I reached out to my council, but they told me I need to contact National, but I don’t have a person to contact. Please let me know how I can get this resolved. The adult leader has been missing for over two weeks now!
Contacting National IF NEEDED - is the councils job, not yours - they can send in a National Membercare ticket.

@ScottBarnard2 no info on registrations for that - it is a council action - or the user can just resubmit. If they were already charged it is truly a council issue.
