A registered adult leader shows up in the my.scouting.org roster as a Mate in the Ship, but the Ship CC can’t see him on their Scoutbook roster. The missing Mate happens to be the CC’s son.
The adult leader’s member ID is 133629033 (primary).
Background details:
The Mate’s member ID on my.scouting.org is the same as his youth member ID…but I thought adults got new member ID’s.
He also has three other ID’s in my.scouting.org.

He transferred from another council as a youth.
He submitted an adult application when he turned 18.
We’re a big council with registrars who are swamped, so it’s helpful to know exactly what our D.E. should ask them to do. Thank you!
