I have a merit badge counselor that is registered as a merit badge counselor (BSA ID 137084798) but the Scoutbook merit badge counselor download shows him with no BSA Member ID. I can not upload his list of merit badges either with the BSA Member ID field blank or with the correct ID listed. I get an error “User does not have a BSA Member ID.”
His Scoutbook ID is 11674036 if that helps identify the record.
Thank you. I was just going to ask if you knew it because his name is very common. The problem is his MID is not attached to his Scoutbook account. It will take me a few minutes to fix this.
