Our klondike event that is happening today, disappared from our troop calendar. If I move over to another month and move back, while it is thinking it shows me the event, but once it is refreshed it doesn’t show.
@EmilyRepperger as it does show - that sounds like a cache issue. I would do a hard refresh (Shift + Refresh page.) Or clear your cache for scouting.org.
Another test would be to use an incognito/private window to see if it works. If that works it is most likely the cache.
@EmilyRepperger - i would agree with Donovan that something browser related as the functionality works for me
I am not worried that it is still in the cache. I am worried that it disappeared from our calendar. I have checked with all those who might edit it and no one deleted it.
Any chance there is a change log tracked somewhere?
@EmilyRepperger- when you look at the calendar full view is it there. And what do you mean by change log
Not saying it is still In the cache - am saying the cache is over writing it. That is why the solution suggestions were posted to try and isolate the issue.

Nope not there. I mean any tracking of changes happening to the calendar like who added/deleted/updated.
@EmilyRepperger - and you have all calendar selected and have you done the incognito session and or cleared cache and cookies for scouting.org sites.
It has disappeared from all calendar users not just me.

You can go to Legacy Scoutbook as an Admin > Unit > Reports > Audit Log Report - you can select calendar - I do not recall what data is captured though. But if it is gone and no other events, it is likely a user action.
I just double checked and it is back today. It was just gone yesterday from everyones view (while everyone needed to get the permission slips)
Let’s hope it doesn’t happen again to other events

@EmilyRepperger- it almost seems like someone messed with the dates of the event taking to another year and then realizing that move it back. It could have been any key 3, key 3 delegate and anyone with calendar permission in permission manager. It’s a mistake I have made myself.
