Scout missing from scoutbook but not my. Scouting roster

Hi. I noticed in troop 966 B TAC council that one of our scouts is no longer in scoutbook but is on our official roster in my. Scouting . Org.
. His id is 141770279

But in scoutbook it was 14150774

Please help.

@JenniferBurch1 please do not post names in an open international forum.

@JenniferBurch1 I set that scout up for a 24 hour sync to get them back - you might need to call council - that scout has 2 Member #s in 802.

First time using forum. Not very user friendly and others were posting names so though that is what you are supposed to do.

Thank you. We also having a missing leader but I’m not sure if I should put her name in this email.

@JenniferBurch1 you can post an isolated Member # (no name) and the issue - that is all the info that is usually needed

This user appears to be on Troop 966 B’s roster as an ASM.

Her relationships to child F. are a bit messed up. That might be the cause of the issue. The local can fix her relationships with their Registrar Tools.
