My Granddaughter has several Merit Badge partials. As of November the partials have been removed from Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus. I am wondering, how, why and when the partials were removed? How do I reload all of them without having to go to the MBC’s
@BurlingameRobert - i would suspect that the version may be in play.
I would first check the Scout History report to see what it shows

I have refreshed to the latest version. I checked again this morning, before submitting the trouble ticket. The partials are still missing

@BurlingameRobert- the partials may be on a previous version. As was suggested please run the scouts bsa history report.
@BurlingameRobert what is an example of a MB and even a Req you think is missing
Is there a tutorial on how to do that? Sorry I have limited experience with some of the functions in scoutbook.
