Powerpoint slideshows for this year’s recharter include screenshots of a unit’s settings options in the Org Manager in my.scouting. The screenshots show checkbox options for “Auto Approve Renewals” and “Renewal Payment”. For the unit for which I am committee chair, I do not see those checkbox options. Is there another setting I’m overlooking that enables those checkboxes? (I’m accessing my.scouting using a desktop computer & Firefox).
@ThomasAlleman - could you post the powerpoint because the only auto setting is to approve youth applications.
I suspect the powerpoint has not been updated since it was sent out early this year. Several options were not working so were removed. I recommend asking your Council professional staff about the discrepancy between the PPT and what you see.

Part of the reason for reaching out to the council staff about the issue is that only the council professionals can submit bug/feature MemberCare tickets to national on the registration system. The SUAC volunteers here may have information about things either from their own experience or from having seen certain issues raised here before, but don’t have any access to that development team.
