Hello. We are missing a parent from our roster in Scoutbook Plus. Can someone advise on how to resolve this issue? Her member ID is 142176984. Thank you.
@SUSANNEJOHNSON - i do not recall ever seeing parents on the roster at advancements.scouting.org only registered youth and adults.

Ok, I see her listed under relationships, but she’s indicating that she isn’t receiving emails. The opt-out option is not checked either.
I would have here go to the SB+ her profile > change the email to anything > Save > then go back and correct email > Save - see if that solves it.
Some gmail emails do not like Scouting. The other option is adding +1 to the end of the email username. Email+1@gmail.com - this often solves it.
