Partial Star & Life Rank Fix - Not Working for Star Scout

The partial fix as described in September 19, 2025 Scoutbook Plus Updates -Star & Life does not work.

I have a Scout that has earned Star Scout Rank - has six merit badges earned (all Eagle required) - and I’m unable to mark Star Rank requirements 3 or 8 or the rank itself as complete – I receive error messages when I attempt to do so

What Star Year Version is it? Have you done a Hard Refresh? @bryanscouting

Can you post a screen shot of Req 3 and provide the Scouting America Member ID (no names)?

It should have automatically recalculated req 3. Try a hard refresh or incognito window.

@edavignon @DonovanMcNeil – I’m back in and I’ve tried again with a hard-refresh of the screen and in an incognito browser (Chrome) - on my laptop and phone - and still no difference, unable to mark requirement 3 as complete.

Thanks. The next thing to try is to unapprove one of the MBs and reapprove it.

just gave that a try @edavignon – no luck. same screens and status as before.

Thanks. The developers have informed me that when the full fix comes out it should fix this issue. We expect the full fix to come out very quickly.
