I have a scout that is on our charter and roster but isn’t listed in scout book? I sent an email to Scoutbook.Support@scouting.org but curious if that is best way to get him added to our roster.

When did the Scout show up on your Member Manager roster at my.scouting.org? It usually takes 24 hours or so, before the Scout will appear on your Scoutbook roster after showing up on the Member Manager roster.

You could also check under my dashboard > administration > my account > my connections.
