Scoutbook - Missing Scout

Hello -

We have one scout who has disappeared from Scout Book since the recent recharter. Please see record for (removed by Moderator) in our troop. He had gone missing, we tried to add him back, but I don’t think he is in there correctly.

His correct BSA ID is 14305871 and is there as active on our roster in scouting.org.

Could someone advise on how to add him back into scoutbook?

@CharlesPyne not sure on this one - he is in the unit in SB just not connected to anyone - I setup an overnight sync
