Missing Scout in Scoutbook Plus

I have a scout that is missing from the roster in Scoutbook Plus. I am the Committee Chair, so I have Pack Admin rights, and the scout is my child.

The scout is in the my.scouting roster and appears in the Scoutbook Legacy. I can access the scout as the Parent/Guardian role, but not as Pack Admin. His Den Leader is also not able to see his account

I do not see anything wrong with this record. Please try an incognito or private window so we can eliminate any cache issues.

Tried in incognito and cleared the cache, no luck

I ended the Scout’s membership in the pack and requested a position sync. Check after 4:00 PM Central today. You will need to use Edit Den in Scoutbook Plus to move the Scout back into the den.
