Roster missing in Scoutbook plus

I am a cub scout assistant den leader and parent. I have entered advancements for my AOL den in the fall and had no problems. Today when trying to enter advancements, I started in legacy scoutbook and instead of taking me to scoutbook plus advancements, it just takes me to my scoutbook plus profile page. In looking at the options, I am missing Roster in scoutbook plus, which is where I think I need to go. I have the following two scout id’s (not sure why I have two). I am able to view and update adventures for my scout, just not for the rest of my den. please let me know if there is any other information needed to review this situation.

@JohnLambert1 - i gather you missed the blue box above your post
A major focus of the migration to Scoutbook Plus is to have positions mirror the positions shown in My.Scouting to ensure positions were reflected accurately in both platforms. The main purpose it to honor the guidance of our charter organizations and the positions they approve. Therefore, Scoutbook Plus does not use Legacy Scoutbook positions. Registered positions are used to provide base permissions. Some additional permissions can be added by the unit, however, there are restrictions on what can be given. See the updated Scoutbook_Permissions.pdf and the Scoutbook Plus permissions video for more details.

Assistant Den leader has no permissions in scoutbook plus.

Thanks for the reply. Being honest, I read two sentences of the blue box and decided it could not possibly be why I am no longer able to do the tasks I have been doing for years.

@JohnLambert1- it will be up to your unit key 3 to add permissions to you based on the document should the choose to. I would also trust that your registered position is as Assistant Den Leader.

@JohnLambert1

As an Assistant Den Leader you have NO permissions by default in Scoutbook Plus. The statement at the top of the forums in the blue box is why you can’t do anything in Scoutbook Plus. You need to get your Key 3 to read the instructions and give you permissions in order to have any access beyond your own child.
