Are these BSA Member IDs or Scoutbook User IDs? One is much longer than the other, which (sometimes) indicates that one is a BSA Member ID and the other is a Scoutbook User ID.
If they are both BSA Member IDs, has the user attempted to put them both under management at my.scouting in their profile? They need to use Manage Member ID in the left side drop-down menu. Set whichever one is currently registered as Primary. If they have tried this, what happened?
Hi. They are both member IDs per the adult. Not sure if he tried your suggestion.
That’s the first step. If they are unable to make that work, then they may need additional assistance. Make sure they understand not to create a new account if things don’t work. That will just complicate stuff further. :^)
@JohnDean4 the second number is bad and does not exist? Could have been deleted but usually we see traces
