Multiple accounts under my name

Hello, When I log into my Scoutbook account I see a message that there is another user using the same email address. Also, when I look at my pack Roster in Scoutbook, I see a message next to my name that I have never logged on to Scoutbook. Is there a way to merge these accounts?

User ID: 2108644
