Multiple bugs at the same time

Howdy gang!

I went to do some work in Scoutbook this morning and came across the following issues:

  1. All Scouts were dumped out of their patrols and their patrols are missing from the roster.

  2. There were 13 awards in my notifications and now just 6.

  3. One Scout’s account information related to rank/awards is no longer visible (Explains the missing 7 awards).

  4. I can no longer access at least 3 Scout profiles, receiving a pop-up stating, “Your position(s) and related permissions do not allow you to perform this action.”

  5. I cannot make adjustments to the 1-patrol that is populated.

It appears that all of my Key-3 and other related statuses are intact.

LOL … How do I create a new patrol in Scoutbook Plus? I can no longer build it in Legacy SB.

New issue:

Scout 140921169 cannot be placed in a patrol. His registration expires 31MAR26. I’m not having any other issues with his account.

I get the following pop-up:

The developers request you try to put the Scout into a patrol again and report back.

The Scout (140921169) I need to move has found his way into an aged out patrol and there is no control for me to move him into his proper patrol.
