Multiple pack cub scout. Incorrect rank level

I’ve got a cub who recently multiple registered into our pack. There’s a delicate story on the reason behind it. He’s a 2nd grader and is in the wolf den in our pack as he should be. His membership in the other pack still has him in a tiger den. I can’t tell if they just haven’t promoted his den yet or if they have him in the wrong den. That pack is notorious for poor recordkeeping. Consequently, we can’t enter any wolf advancement for him. SB+ shows all the wolf requirements as disabled and a warning that he is not eligible to work on these requirements because he is in a den of a different level.
How do i correct this from my end so we can enter his wolf requirements.
It looks like I can put an end date on his membership in the den in the other unit. Would that do it?

Unfortunately you have discovered the issue with Cub Scouts being registered in multiple packs. Ending the membership in the pack where he is listed as a Tiger should allow you to enter Wolf advancement. I suggest you try to communciate with the other pack’s Key 3 as this will pull him off of their roster and break connections to leaders in that pack.
