Scout With Two Profiles

We have a Scout that appears to have two Scoutbook Profiles:

SB 13331396 and SB 13724501

The SB 13331396 does not have a BSA ID attached and shows the scout as their own parent. This profile also has all their previous advancement attached, whereas the SB 13724501 profile appears to have all their current advancements attached.

Is this a call to council?

@LaddKettren we can clean it up - BUT it seems the Adventure requirements do not match - and Requirements do not merge - so I suggest you pull the Cub History for each Account first so you have data then we can merge the accounts - only unfinished things matter - finished things merge a final date

I also have a Scout with two profiles. Are you able to merge them?
SB 10558050 and SB 13703432
His dad started an account when they lived in a different state and his mom started a new account when they relocated.

@LisaHeiman that is fixed

I have finished pulling the advancement records for both profiles.

@LaddKettren ok that is fixed - check address as they were also different

Awesome. I’ll start checking it and entering advancements.

It looks like his mother’s profile is showing with his name instead of hers. Is that something she can login to Scoutbook and fix?

@LaddKettren no it seems the Scout is connected to them self - mom is not connected or has been logging in as scout - I am cleaning up the connection

Thank you for all the hardwork. This was a weird one.

Can you look at this for me? I have a leader who has 2 BSA ID numbers, something isn’t lining up as there is a different number on our roster. (ignore that our Charter is about to expire, that is a whole other issue they are working on)

141025243 on our roster
14216889

@JamieHaller This should be fixed.

Can you try this one? Same thing. Please and thank you!

141060768 (on our roster)

@JamieHaller This person is currently registered in 2 councils. He probably needs to have 2 Scoutbook userIDs.

Huh, interesting. He was a transfer back in August and left the prior council. Our Council said he was transferred properly and shows the end date from the last council. There is a missing link somewhere. I won’t worry about it then, it will sort itself out :slight_smile: thank you!

@JamieHaller If he is completely done in the other council, I can switch his BSA member ID number to your council.

Oh that would be wonderful. Please do, he is completely done. He is just as confused as we are.

@JamieHaller This is completed.

I have the same issue with my daugher having 2 profiles

ID 1 - 13704383 (This is the one she is able to login to)

ID 2 - 12930913 (This one has all her information)

@MitchellMellin this is resolved - when posting IDs PLEASE post what ID kind it is - there are a few kinds. Also check DOB as there were 2 different ones
