Multiple Registered but cannot see "to Purchase" under main troop

I’ve got a scout primary registered with a Troop and multiple registered with Crew. His ID is 14919428

I’m trying to purchase his awards for his troop, but under Scoutbook Plus, I can only add these merit badges on the venture crew side. I cannot see these merit badges at all as an option to purchase on the Troop side. Any idea why?

@NancyLin - what is your registered position in that troop

@NancyLin so you see the items in To Purchase for the Crew but not To Purchase for the Troop? What unit entered the items?

I’m advancement (and key 3 delegate) in the troop and crew advisor

@NancyLin - am trying to follow this as it is not really clear to me. You can not under the troop profile for yourself you can not go to this scout and add merit badges on the troop side ?

The troop! because it’s a troop merit badge!

@NancyLin - you do not see this when you select the troop profile for yourself in the upper right and go to that scout in the roster ?

@NancyLin I think if a unit approves something (and a crew can approve MBs and Scout ranks after First class) - if approved by a unit it is isolated to that units To Purchase

So this was approved in Crew the first time because it didn’t show up in Troop and I didn’t even realize it. After I approved it in Crew (added it to a purchase order) I realized I was in the Crew Scoutbook Plus so I removed everything. But I still couldn’t see it in the Troop under that scout.

As in, i can see that they completed the Merit Badge, I can see it was approved. But I couldn’t see it in the Advancement Tag under To Be Purchased.

This resolved itself this morning. I guess there is definitely a lag time between deletion of a purchase order and it showing up as available to be purchased.

@NancyLin not sure if I fully understand the situation. I can setup a screenshare, but I would unapproving whatever item and see if it resets.

@NancyLin - no lag if you had refreshed the troop side. I just did a test of this myself yesterday between my crew and troop.
It is all a matter of being in the correct profile in scoutbook plus.
