Multiple Registration - Registration Expiration Issue

We have a parent (ID: 13891669) we registered with our Troop as multiple , because they are involved in a cub scout pack as well. Their registration expiration date in my.Scouting is 01/31/27. However in our roster she is shown as about to expire on 3/31/26. Why is this discrepancy occurring and is there a way to fix it?

all the registrations in the database for that member number end 3/31/26. Where are you seeing the other number? This is more of a council question though.
