Most parents in the pack show their child up to 4 or more times…I believe they’re getting an email for each instance, which is spamming their inboxes. Please remove the multiple instances of scouts under their parents. Thanks!

Yeah - the parents have just one connection - can you do a screenshot without names to show why you think they are connected 4 times?
I have the same issue, I have 4 of my same child in Scoutbook…and have for ~1 year.

lol do not look at messages - Developers will write a script to clean it up - still trying to figure why it is happening
