My connections to my sons disappeared with my troop

I was the SM of my LDS troop, and now that the troop is gone my wife I don’t have access to 3 of my sons. My 4th son who is a cub (and so I was not his adult leader) shows up just fine.

The older 3’s names are listed, but I can’t see anything about advancement or anything.

Are they registered members in a troop? Were they registered with the same bsa member number they had in the LDS troop?

It sounds to me like they don’t have a membership. Scoutbook advancement is dependent on membership in a unit type.
