Has anyone encountered a Pack unit with Scoutbook Plus that had Patrol groups instead of Dens?
That usually happens when unit is not rechartered - did you just do it today?
@MarvinClemmons and your log in seems real messed up - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)

Same thing is going on with my pack. We are now listed as a troop.
@MattMiceli if you are talking about Pack 164 in CYC - I think your Charter is past due - even outside the grace period - I would immediately talk to your council to get that resolved.
We rechartered back in December 2024.
