My pack can't add me and SB thinks I live where I grew up

My credentials are SB# 6573916 and Member ID# 110296513. I have the following issues:

  1. “Another user is using your email address.”
  2. I am associated with my childhood council in Louisiana, but I need to get associated with Indian Nation Council in Tulsa, OK. Then, I need to become a member of the pack my kids are in.
  3. I can’t associate my two kids with my account or even access their info online.
