My Scouts are missing from Internet Advancement

Good Morning,

My two sons (9yo (now a Bear) and 7yo (now a Tiger)) have been in Scouting since they were Lions. Recently, we changed to a new council, and even though I have re-registered them (paid all dues (National and Pack…I have all the receipts)), they show up on the unit roster, I can see them in My Dashboard, but none of their adventures can be marked as complete. In the “Membership” section, they both show up as “DateEnded set by AkelaSBDeltaSync as Expired with Lapse”.
Their member numbers are:
9 YO: New ID 137270013, old ID 141335031, SB User ID 11824910
7 YO: New ID 140222952, old ID 141338760, SB User ID 13109349
Our old council was the Cherokee Area Council (Pack 3147, Chattanooga, Tennessee)
We are now part of the Transatlantic Council (Pack 900, Bucharest, Romania)

@ElijahWhite2 I recommend that you ask Transatlantic Council to use their Registrar Tools to look up all of your children. In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should ensure that you are listed as parent only under your primary member ID (MID) number, the one that ends in -033. They should remove you if listed as parent under any other MIDs. This will help to prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
