My son appears twice on Scoutbook under "my family"

My son appears twice on Scoutbook under “my family”. How do I correct this?

I think you are connected twice to the same user for NP - honestly not sure which to get rid of - it is not causing any issues - let me think on it

@RyanHendrickson Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your son. In the “Relationships” tab / section you should be listed as his parent only under your primary BSA member ID number, the one ending in -695. They should remove your secondary BSA member ID number as parent to prevent future issues.
