My son's information disappeared

My Son’s information disappeared and our pack leader is not able to update my son’s advancement records.

I have my parent account 140717145 but I am not able to see my son’s information account 140297886. I thought he was associated with my account, but it is possible he was still associated with my wife’s account.

We no longer want to use my wife’s account as I am the one who attends all the events and works with him on anything related to scouts.

My wife’s old account ID is 140297811. We do not want to renew my wife’s account just mine.

I am assuming this is a user error so I am truly sorry, and I appreciate any help I can get to fix this issue.

I may have figured out how to fix the issue but I am not sure. I believe I just took some steps to associate my Son’s account 140297886 with my account 140717144 and paid his registration fee. If anyone is able to confirm that I took the right steps I would really appreciate it.

@BrianFoley2 Please contact your son’s unit and ask them to approve his application.

Is there any way to determine if I renewed my son’s existing account or if I accidentally applied for a new account? His existing account ID is 140297886.

I believe I renewed but there is an “Application ID: 201730293”

I looked up recent transactions and show one transaction in March and another from today. I am not sure if I accidentally signed up for a new account for my son.


@BrianFoley2 I would recommend waiting, and see if you actually paid twice. If you did pay twice, please contact your local council for assistance.
