I have an adult parent who is having difficulty with logging into her myscouting account and getting past the bot to try to change her password.

@CraigGreen Please do not post personal data like names or DOB in the public forums. A member ID by itself is fine.

This is something the user should contact council on for assistance

The password reset won’t work, because it’s an external password (Google).
