Good afternoon, I have a parent who can not log into Scoutbook. We have done what I know to try to fix, checked her user name, email and tried to use the forgot password. Nothing has worked.
Her member number is 134091420 and we are in Mayflower council, she has tried both from phone and from her laptop at home and neither worked.
The e-mail is correct in her account, is there a way for you to reset her password?
