One of my parents’ names is incorrect in Scoutbook. It says Jenniger but her name is Jennifer. Can this be changed?

I would talk to your local council about getting her name corrected under that BSA member number. She has Google log in turned on, so when she logs in, she needs to use her Google username and Google password.
