Parent spelled last name wrong and it has been corrected at council office, however refreshing information in Scoutbook does not remove the extra Z in the name. The BSA id is > > 14371420. Is there something I can do to refresh the data seen in Scoutbook?
It takes 24 hours to sync - I will look
OK that is fixed - and the Scouts login is also corrected
You usually have to wait for the overnight sync process to run.
However, your council can also do a sync from the person record on the “User in Scoutbook” screen using the Volunteer Support Tools (VST). This will force an immediate sync of selected personal information to Scoutbook. (Position syncs only get updated twice per day.)

It has been several days since the correction was done, so I will forward this to the office for them to update per your instructions.

@DonnaSword no last modification to that account was around 10 this morning - but we are also having different issue with updating SB and that might be in play
