Updated Address Sync from Advancement > Scoutbook

One of our adult leaders logged into her profile at Advancements.Scouting.org and updated her address. It is not syncing over at Scoutbook which is preventing us from finding her for Merit Badges. Can you force this sync?

@AngeleBoudreaux it takes up to 24 hours for data to sync in databases

It has been several days. Any other suggestions @DonovanMcNeil to force a sync?

@AngeleBoudreaux I forced one - address might not trigger the change

Good Day, I have the same issue, I updated my address in SB+ & my.scouting, but Scoutbook has my old address.

A way you can force this sync yourself - go to my.scouting.org > My Profile > change your name > Save > Change it back > save - that should force a 24 hour sync
