Name not showing in Organization Manager/Position Manager

I’m currently having issues with my account/name not showing up on Organization Manager/Position Manager. My COR, Committee Chair and Key 3s are not able to add me as a CubMaster as my name is not showing. Our council has been in touch with Nationals but no one seems to know what’s happening.

I am current on YPT, my Application and background check have been completed since July 29th, 2024.

*1) Hardware: Desktop
*2) Operating system: Windows
*3) Browser: Chrome
*4) Browser cache has been cleared issue occurs on both private browsing mode

@CharlesKrager Your registration shows as “IsCurrent=No”. Sometimes means that the criminal background check (CBC) has not been completed.

Your registration needs to switch to “IsCurrent=Yes” before you will show up in the Position Manager.
