Position Manager Problem

Hello All!

I have an adult who used the online application back in December to join the unit. They are registered as a Committee Member and I want to move them in Position Manager, but they do not have the background check icon next to their name.

My understanding is that this would have been handled through the online application process, so I am not certain what the issue is.

Our registrar has told me she submitted a request on this through her channels but it has been almost two months. I figured I would try this forum.

The individuals name is [name removed by Moderator] and her member ID is 13040665.



We have no visibility into the background check process. Your registrar is the correct person to get this fixed.

I was afraid you were going to say that. It appears this will not be something done anytime soon.
