Scoutbook would automatically enter the date and completion of requirement #1 which is the rank requirement for each of the NOA awards. This does not happen in Scoutbook Plus. I’m entering this award by hand for those who have completed the award but would rather not look up the info for all of the others that I’m updating. For NOA Hiking, some affected Scouts are 132794804, 133096303, and 12750393. For NOA Camping, some affected Scouts are 133469192 and 133350968. All of these are Scouts ranked First class or above.
In some cases, it says “not started”, in some it says “started” but not (as it should) “completed”.

As I recall this is by design - easier to show all that at the top of the page and you can just enter it - rather than figure out the 3 possible ranks or whatever it is. And the MBs do not have to be earned, their requirements just have to be completed.
Ar you saying that it’s by design to not automatically enter the rank completion? It was entered automatically in Scoutbook. It seems to me that the merit badges are automatically entered. Why would the rank not be automatically entered? I’m sorry to be a pain but I have 53 Scouts to enter competions for.
