Need help changing a parent's email address

Hello. I have a single mother who has not been able to get her email changed, and I have not had much luck getting council to help me make the change. DO NOT POST NAME @RyanKort , SB User ID:12285507 and BSA Member ID:14080664.

Appreciate any help you can provide and I can be reached at (removed by Moderator)

Please don’t post names in the forums. They’re world-readable. Just BSA ID is usually enough to work from.

Also, you might want to strip your email address from the post.
