How do I change a parent’s email address?

The parent has 2 Scoutbook IDs. I’ll fix this for you.
This is fixed.
She needs to log in to Scoutbook with her my.scouting.org ID that is her first name followed by 15. She should not log in with her e-mail address.
Also note there is no mailing address in either database for her. Either she or a unit Key 3 can go to her Edit Profile page in Scoutbook and update the mailing address and it will change in both Scoutbook and Akela, the BSA’s person database.
