Need help reconnecting to Scout, drop off somehow

We had a Webelo transfer from out of state at the beginning of the school year and was active with our ScoutBook Pack then in November dropped off some how. His father was able to reconnect his scout on his end but as the Den Leader I still do not see the scout within ScoutBook. How can we fix this issue?

An Admin needs to check your connections to scouts

I have Den and Pack Admin rights. The scout is not listed in our Pack.

The scout ID is 12581355 if that helps in any way.

One way to check whether it is a registration issue (e.g. pending registration, duplicate BSA ID, erroneous data entry) vs a bug is for a Unit Key 3 (CM, CC, COR) or designated Key 3 Delegate to check the official roster at my.scouting to verify that the scout is actually registered with the unit, and that the BSA ID in Scoutbook matches the one on the roster (assuming they are registered).

BSA member number 12581355 is from the other council.

I do not see a Scout with the same name on your my.scouting roster. I would recommend having one of your pack’s Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, or Chartered Org. Rep.) or a Key 3 Delegate check the my.scouting Roster. If they do not see the Scout listed there, then there is a registration issue that will need to be worked out with your local council.
