Hello, I’m trying to reconnect a scout who dropped from our troop’s roster when his two accounts were merged. Scoutbook says to post a request here. What’s my next step? Thank you!
Does a Key 3 see the Scout in Roster at my.scouting.org? if so post the Member ID - no names - and we can look. If Scout is not on that roster then the Scout is not registered
Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, as SM I can see the scout on my.scouting.org. Just not in Scoutbook or Scoutbook Plus in our troop. Youth BSA Member ID is 137218731. Youth registration current until 12/31/2025.
