Need help updating email

I updated my email with my council. The old one has been removed and only the new one shows in IA,, tentaroo, etc. But the change has not migrated to scoutbook. Scoutbook still shows the old email and I’m getting error messages. The old email address was used to create a new account for my ex, so now it’s not showing correctly for him either. Please advise.

@SharonErmolowich this is fixed - and I cleared the email from the second account that user can add the email that is needed under the account
