Update email address

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

I have a parent/committee member who needs their email address updated. He was previously in scouting then stepped away and is back into scouting. When he put in the applications for his daughters to join and for himself as a committee member, his old email address popped up and that is what was used. Our local office is unable to correct this. It is correct in the myscouting site but not the scoutbook site
His BSA number is 10679840
Daughter 1 is 140792505
Daughter 2 is 140792504
