14414061 Needs to be renewed within the same pack. We missed the payment window and he was dropped. Reached out to #049 and they weren’t really able to help. Any help out here?

Unfortunately, all registration issues have to be worked through council. My understanding (as a unit volunteer) is that the individuals need to re-apply (new youth/adult application), although that’s something you’ll need to confirm with your council. Best point of contact for that is generally the council registrar.

@AndrewSimmons Please contact the local council and ask them to fix the Scout’s “Relationships”. The should remove the Dad under the Dad’s secondary member ID number, then add the Dad under the Dad’s primary member ID number.
After that, the Dad should be able to re-register the Scout.

Ultimately I had to go back to the be a scout website and reregister my middle child. Seems silly, but I get they don’t want extra bodies on the books. I wonder if it was the same price, $154 vs some smaller renewal fee. Thanks for the help!
