I have multiple irate parents who are attempting to renew themselves and/or their children and unable to do so. When they attempt to renew, they are showing that their scouts are already renewed and/or that they cannot renew them.
I am about to lose 3 of my Scouts and 3 registered adults (at least). This is an untenable situation, and our council no longer has a council registrar, so there is no one to put in a ticket, nor can I “contact my council” since our registrar is gone.

@WilliamsburgScouter Contact the Council Executive then. They are the boss and it is their problem.
What hurdles are the parents hitting?
They are going to https://my.scouting.org/tools/my-applications#myrenewals, selecting “My Renewals,” and click “Start Renewal.”
The error message is “no organizations for renewal are active”
I suppose if push comes to shove the unit(s) can renew them online and then we’ll just bill them out/charge them ourselves.
Database says Troop 300 expires 12/31/25 and recharter has not started - has the unit taken any action on the recharter @WilliamsburgScouter ?
Yes, I am CC for both T20 and T300 and I renewed and have the print outs to show it.
That definitely sounds like a call the ScoutExec and let them know this is an issue preventing renewal by the members, since the unit recharter has been submitted.

Scout execs typically KNOW the developers of the system so have direct contacts to complain to

How…odd.
I paid, but when I dig into this, I see “PendingApproval” for 2026. I mean our credit card is good. 
I also have parents also getting this error message and it’s being discussed on Facebook all over the country. (Yes, our charter ends on 12/31/2025 and we are not ready to process it yet.) Anyone know if this is being worked on this weekend?

@WilliamsburgScouter - i had a pending approval for our unit renewal and it turned out that I had to get the charter agreement paperwork signed off by the COR, XO and myself and sent in to council
@JenniferColby3 - this is a my.scouting thing and that team is not in the forums.
All renewal issues must be reported via your local council.
