Need Scout Profile merge after Transfer

Need assistance with Scouts advancement not showing in Scoutbook after out of council transfer.

Scouts new BSA# 13906430 (GLAAC)
Old BSA# 131537458 (Albuquerque, NM?)

We have a lot of military Scout transfers (out of council) and this always seem to be an issue.

This will take some time to straighten out. The Scoutbook account associated with the old MID is marked as an adult account. We have seen this happen before but it takes a little more time than simply merging the Scoutbook accounts.

Perhaps I accidentally reported the Parent Scout ID. Is there a way to see if Scout has other ID’s from the previous council?

Nope, looks like that was what I was given as the old Scout MID.

Thank you! It appears the Merit Badges are showing up, but not the rank advancements. Advice?

I saw a Scout and Tender - what else should there be? @LeahGrossi

Looking at 5 accounts for the Scout - I have cub ranks - but no Scout ranks recorded in the national database

The Scout and Tender ranks were not showing up in Scoutbook. So what next, or should I tell them to log off / back on?
