Need Sync - Scouts missing from Scoutbook Plus

Scouts 141679236 and 141673847 are missing from Scoutbook Plus but are on the My.Scouting roster.

Scout 141813010 is missing from both My.scouting and Scoutbook Plus.

Please sync.

Both of these Scouts are on your Roster in Scoutbook Plus. You might have a cache issue.

This youth is not registered. If the youth’s parent submitted an application, then ask one of your pack’s Key 3 or a Key 3 Delegate to check the Application Manager at my.Scouting.

I am having the same problem with three scouts missing from scoutbook plus…

@PaulJudge What unit? The first one is in a Crew and a Troop

@PaulJudge all 3 are in Eagle Patrol of Troop - if you do not see in SB+ - I would first try Incognito Window - then Clear scouting.org cache on your browser
