Parent is unable to invite their scout to scoutbook. They try to reset the scout account in my.scouting.org and get this error. No accounts were found matching the information provided. Bsa id is 13378695
This Scout’s account is already setup to log in. He needs to use his my.scouting.org ID which is his e-mail address.
