Need to have a Hazardous Weather Training Aging Report Similar to SYT Aging Report

Since we are requiring direct contact leaders to complete Hazardous Weather Training, it would be nice to have an aging report similar to the SYT aging report.

Right now as a District volunteer that is checking all of our trainings, I am having to run an SYT report and a Specific Course report against Hazardous Weather, remove those that are past due and then do a vlookup to remove those that show as current on the Hazardous Weather report from the SYT report to get the list of those that have either not taken it or are not current.

Thanks, figured I would check here first and see if anyone else had any ideas that are better than my process.
