Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
I desperately need help. I have been in scouting in several different roles throughout the years. Right now, my logins are a train-wreck. Essentially, I have three scout IDs:
XXXXXXXXXX - Buckeye Council 436
XXXXXXXXXX - Circle Ten Council 571 XXXXXXXXXX - Circle Ten Council 571 - This is the one I should have as my primary since I am registered as Committee Chair under this one in Scoutbook
I need to get all of these merged so I can see everything I need to for both my sons and for the pack. Could someone please assist?
@DustinWhitlock I have merged your Scoutbook accounts. You might need to log all the way out before you see changes.
Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up your children. In the Relationships" tab / section, you should be listed as parent only under your primary BSA member ID number (the one ending in -665. They should remove you if you are listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, your BSA numbers might get switched around at Recharter, and this could result in the creation of another duplicate Scoutbook account.
@JenniferOlinger Thank you for working so quickly on this! When I attempt to login and recover Scoutbook for the ID ending in 0665, it tells me it is attached to my apple ID via a private relay email address. When I then try to use my Apple ID to login to Scoutbook, the application shows that no users are registered. Is there a way to clear out 0665 so I can setup a new sign-in method?
